These are some of the Local Restaurants in the area that offer either a Gluten Free menu or have stated they are willing to prepare a Gluten Free meal or Gluten Free choices.

Please keep in mind it is up to you to tell your server you are on a Gluten Free diet.  Some servers understand gluten allergy more easily.  If necessary, ask to speak with the chef or manager.  The restaurants listed below are familiar with Gluten Free requests.
